This lamp is born from remnants—materials that are usually discarded, but here become the very starting point of the design. After a particularly meaningful commission of the MORE armchair, large leather offcuts were left over: noble, high-quality fragments that did not deserve to be lost in the process. The question was immediate and essential: how could this material be used to its fullest and given a new life?
From this reflection emerged a line of objects in which reuse is not a secondary gesture, but the true creative engine. Among them, the lamps naturally become an expression of this philosophy. Each piece is different, shaped by unique leather remnants from the MORE and MORLOCK armchairs. This is not a closed collection, nor does it seek uniformity; it is one of many that will continue to emerge, always with the intention that no piece of leather goes to waste and that every fragment can be transformed into an object with interest and character.
These lamps do not pursue perfection. On the contrary, they celebrate imperfection as both an aesthetic and ethical value. Their beauty lies in the honesty of the material, in the marks of the process, and in the story each piece carries with it. Designs that speak of reuse, responsibility, and a new way of understanding luxury: conscious and respectful.
This commitment extends even to the packaging. The boxes for these lamps are recovered from the streets of Jaime III and Palma de Mallorca, where every Tuesday local shops place their remaining cardboard out to be collected by the city council. Here, those boxes are rescued and reused, closing a circle of recycling and coherence, where design, material, and the urban context come together to shape an object that goes beyond its function.
