Cubist design exercise.
The Block chair is design in its purest form: simplicity, functionality, and the absence of aesthetic embellishments. Its lines play with elements that seem to defy gravity, to the point where it could be mistaken for a sculpture.
Its design features a cantilevered seat that, at first glance, seems impossible; however, the backrest is angled just right to ensure comfort. Made of sturdy, durable oak or teak, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Solid wood with a matte finish. The teak version is weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. Clean with a dry cloth; for outdoor use, treat the wood according to its exposure. Each piece features a unique natural grain.

Block reduces the chair to its essentials: clean lines, sharp angles, and no embellishments. The result plays with gravity to the point where it could be mistaken for a sculpture.
