Tamer Table

The warmth of wood, the tension of leather.

The Tamer tea table is conceived as an exercise in composition. Its design is inspired by the De Stijl art movement, which emerged in the early 20th century and is characterized by an abstract and minimalist aesthetic based on the use of geometric shapes and balanced compositions.

Vertical and horizontal planes intersect and overlap to support the countertop, creating a sculptural silhouette that changes depending on the angle from which it is viewed. Made of phenolic board, a material that offers durability, stability, and a uniform finish, without compromising the conceptual and aesthetic values that gave rise to the project.

Premium wood from responsibly sourced forests and naturally tanned leather that develops a patina with use. Clean with a dry cloth; condition the leather once or twice a year. Each piece is unique: the grain and color vary naturally.

A Composition Exercise

The Tamer table is based on an abstract, minimalist aesthetic: vertical and horizontal planes that intersect and balance each other, as in a De Stijl composition. The structure not only supports the tabletop—it is the design itself.
